| How Do You Participate? |
| Prior to the deadline,

| Offline and Online Play |
| If you play Offline: |
| Best Method: One player plays their round, then sends the .round file to the Tour Director and their partner so they can play along with the recorded round. Their partner, after completing their round, must submit both the .round and .game files showing the scores for both players. |
| If you play Online: |
| Both players send in a copy of the scorecard or hole by hole scores. |
| Practice |
| Practice and warm up is preferably done on a course other than the one in use for a given round. Limited practice is allowed on the course in use but with NONE of the same conditions including pin number. |
| General Instructions: |
| Pairings will be announced during the first few days of each
month. It is each pairings responsibility to get in touch with each other and to have your round played and reported by midnight PST on the dates shown on the SCOREBOARD page. Failure to meet this deadline without prior approval for an extension will result in disqualification of BOTH players. |
